The Role

As a Senior Solution Advisor you will utilize SAP technology to amaze our customers by realizing their vison and solving their most complex problems. As a specialist in the Human Capital Management space, you will focus on one or more of the following areas:

 

• Core HR and Payroll
• Benefits Administration
• Talent Management and Optimization
• Workforce Management
• Employee Experience Management
• HR Analytics and Workforce Planning

 

As the solution expert, you will:

 

• Lead the solution component of the Human Capital Management sales cycles
• Conduct discovery sessions in advance of a demonstration or key presentation with representatives from the prospective customer to build relationships and understand their unique needs
• Drive a prescriptive outcome with your customers in partnership with the account team
• Be the face of SAP and bring the solution to life through visual storytelling and demonstrations
• Effectively present to customers remotely using virtual technologies
