Maintenance/Janitorial

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance / Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will perform routine cleaning, basic repairs, and general upkeep of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces

• Empty trash and recycling bins

• Replenish supplies (soap, paper products, etc.)

• Perform basic repairs (light fixtures, door handles, minor plumbing issues)

• Report major maintenance issues to management

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility

• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas if required

• Ensure safety standards are met

• Set up or move furniture/equipment as needed
