McCormick is hiring a Sr Manager of Threat Detection & Response to join our Cybersecurity Threat Management team. The Sr Manager of Threat Detection & Response, reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Threat Management, will be responsible for leading our cyber intelligence, threat hunting, security monitoring, and incident response strategies
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a global 24x7 threat detection and response team
- Enhance organizational resilience through implementation of threat informed defense best practices
- Strengthen Incident Preparedness, Response and Recovery processes
- Optimize global security monitoring efficiency through IT and OT technology deployment, cross functional partnership, and process refinement
- Partner with security leadership to ensure compliance and adherence to global regulations
- Develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team
- Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and health with senior leadership
- Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, related degree, or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit.
- CISM, GIAC, CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading operational cybersecurity teams
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization
