We are currently seeking a Supervisor to lead and support our staff in delivering exceptional care.


Position Summary:
The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, provide leadership and guidance to staff, and ensure compliance with State regulations and standards. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong pediatric experience and a passion for mentoring teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians and administrative staff to optimize patient care and workflow.
  • Monitor patient flow and assist with clinical duties as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource for clinical questions and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience required.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
