Sr. Product Technical Service Manager

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will report to the Procurement Manager and will work closely with the Avantor’s Clinical Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized, mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.  

What we’re looking for : 

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in science, math, biology, or engineering field) and/or equivalent experience.

• Experience: 3-5 years experience, manufacturing or distribution environment preferred

Qualifications:

• Advanced in MS office suite (Excel, Access, Word). Demonstrated ability to analyze large data sets; Power BI/Tableau User Needed

• Advanced knowledge in SAP Master data is a must

• .High interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make quick decisions and work independently.

• Strong management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Open minded collaborative and team-oriented attitude.

• Knowledge of the manufacturing process

• Familiarity with materials management disciplines including production and inventory control

• Ability to manage changing/conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately.

• Ability to effectively operate in any organizational structure

• Results driven, self-sufficient and high motivation

• Monitor the performance indicators related to inventory, warehousing, shipping and receiving

• Drive efficiencies by monitoring various areas in the warehousing function; inventory adjustments, inventory valuations and warehousing efficiencies

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$82,000.00 - $137,000.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
