Parking Service Assistant

Park Inc is looking for customer focused parking service assistants to work at our client location in West Memphis, AR.  

Position Summary:

Accurately enter information into the valet parking software.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The following duties are typical of this position. This list should not be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. All duties are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures.

• Enter customer information into the valet parking software
• Pull daily summary reports and send to appropriate party
• Provide exceptional customer service to valets, customers, and management
• Hang keys
• Dispatch keys
• Maintain integrity and appearance of work area
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
