Contract Manager | M Power Projects

<p>MYTILINEOS is a leading global industrial and energy company with a strong presence in all five continents covering two business Sectors, the Energy Sector and the Metallurgy Sector, is currently seeking to hire a <strong>Contract Manager</strong> for Energy | M Power Projects Sector.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participates in drafting revising and reviewing of a variety of contracts with customers</li> <li>Meets with customers to discuss both contractual and business matters</li> <li>Provides advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation and following</li> <li>Maintains excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met</li> <li>Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and devises plans to implement these changes</li> <li>Works close with the Project Management team in all contractual issues with partners, clients and contractors</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration</li> <li>5 years of experience in international construction projects, at least 2 years in a contract management position</li> <li>Solid understanding of legal terminology will be highly appreciated</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office</li> <li>Ability to work as part of a multidimensional team</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines</li> <li>Professional management of confidential information</li> <li>Proven problem solving skills </li> </ul>
