Talent Acquisition Partner – Netherlands (Almelo)

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Almelo, Netherlands, and lead end-to-end hiring across our NLbusiness.

About the Role

As our sole in-country recruitment specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things Talent Acquisition in the Netherlands. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent, build internal capability, and strengthen our local employer presence.
You will also spend time in Eindhoven to ensure we establish consistent recruitment processes across all NL sites.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of roles across the Netherlands

• Partner with hiring managers, coaching and influencing them to make strong hiring decisions

• Reduce dependency on external agencies and drive down agency costs

• Proactively source and engage talent through multiple channels

• Use data and insights to guide decision-making, report on recruitment performance, and shape priorities

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help establish consistent, streamlined recruitment processes across all NL locations

• Build and enhance employer brand awareness in the local market

• Train managers on recruitment best practices

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact to onboarding

• Spend periodic time in Eindhoven to support process alignment and stakeholder engagement

• Fluent in Dutch and English is essential

What You’ll Bring

• Proven in-house recruitment experience (essential)

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge and influence

• Experience reducing agency reliance, managing variable requisition loads and building proactive talent pipelines

• Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, networks, local channels)

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

• Experience improving or implementing TA processes

• Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a wider HR/Talent team

• A flexible, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude

• Comfort being the sole recruitment expert in the Netherlands (your Manager will be based in the UK)
