Role Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of development programs within Red & Blue University (RBU), Suffolk’s suite of training and career development offerings. Reporting to the Director, Learning Delivery, this role ensures all first-year learning offerings are delivered with consistency, quality, and alignment to RBU priorities.
This position is focused on program delivery, coordination, and creating high-quality participant experience.
Responsibilities
Program Delivery
- Execute and operationalize development programs within Red & Blue University
- Help facilitate a range of RBU programs such as New Hire Orientation, We Are Suffolk, New Manager Onboarding, and New Leader Assimilation
- Partner with subject matter experts who deliver program content, ensuring they are prepared, supported, and set up for successful delivery
- Reinforce Suffolk’s culture of learning by delivering programs with strong attention to detail and participant experience
- Proactively identify risks, trends, and constraints, recommending adjustments to improve program effectiveness
Program Coordination
- Own key execution elements, including multi-program scheduling, facilitator and senior leader logistics, and high-visibility communications
- Partner with the RBU’s Learning Operations team to align execution plans with broader timelines, dependencies, and priorities
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and program support resources to ensure materials, calendars, and communications are accurate and aligned
- Review participant-facing materials and tracking tools to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism
- Serve as a key operational lead during program delivery, managing schedules, materials, logistics, and real-time issue resolution
Program Measurement and Continuous Improvement
- Track participation, completion, and feedback to support execution-level reporting and program evaluation
- Help prepare clear summaries and operational insights to inform retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts
- Identify and recommend improvements that enhance scalability, consistency, and participant experience
