Degree in a life sciences field, PhD preferred</p><p>·       More than 3 years of experience in the biotech/medtech industry, assay development a plus</p><p>·       More than two years of product management experience</p><p>·       Start-up or work experience in a consulting firm is a big plus</p><p>·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment that may require adapting quickly to new directions or taking initiative and ownership of key workstreams</p><p>·       Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategy, roadmaps, and vision to a range of audiences</p><p>·       Strate
