The QARI Warehouse Associate will be responsible for performing a combination of tasks related to the receipt, storage, shipment accuracy and documenting & tracking non-conformance issues utilizing Trensor’s quality management systems.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES, EQUIPMENT AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to use the Trensor Inspection Tool to identify and validate incoming raw components and Finished Good products.
• Ability and willingness to commute to Sanford NC on an as needed basis to assist in receiving duties at Trensor’s 3PL facility.
• Judgment required to receive, store, inspect, and handle material following standard procedures and methods.
• Verify, sort and move contents to specified areas for distribution/processing.
• Must be able to operate AND complete training using a stand-up counterbalance lift, and/or sit down 5K forklift to maintain storage areas and load/unload trucks.
• Sign delivery paperwork including BOL’s and verify packing slips to actual receipt.
• Store raw and finished material in proper warehouse locations and retrieve & deliver to production line upon request. 
• Put away finished material and verify documentation.
• Uses pallet jacks, scales, pallet wrapping equipment, as well as various material handling equipment.

TRAINING:

• If a person is deficient in qualifying for a given job/task/activity, qualification may be obtained on the job with sign-off by the immediate supervisor and/or the qualifying personnel responsible for the given job, task, or activity.
• Additional training requirements are based on self-determination in accordance with the needs of the company.
• Records of training are maintained by HR.

QUALIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR JOB KNOWLEDGE:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Syspro, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Teams & Outlook.
• Acute attention to detail, and analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of enterprise quality management and ERP software.
