We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Project Manager to join our healthcare audit and process development team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within agreed-upon timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Initiation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
2. Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and make timely adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Identify and resolve project issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
3. Project Control and Reporting:
- Establish project governance, including setting up regular progress meetings, status reporting, and change management processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
- Implement effective project quality assurance measures to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project stakeholders, establishing effective communication and managing expectations.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in the healthcare field, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.
