The role will include the support of end-to-end analytics engagements across diverse industry sectors and the design and implementation of data-driven solutions. We would love to hear from you!</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Roles and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Developing, validating and transforming data to ensure quality and integrity for analysis.</li><li>Creating impactful data visualisations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau or Excel to present key insights.</li><li>Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, identify data sources and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.</li><li>Contributing to the creation of technical documentation including design specifications and process workflows.</li><li>Assist in developing innovative approaches to Analytics and Process Automation utilising tools such as Power Query, Power Automate and VBA to streamline operations.</li><li>Actively participating in workshops and meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.</li><li>Managing multiple workstreams while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.</li><li>Supporting Business Development activities including creating proposals and identifying client opportunities.</li><li>Staying updated on emerging trends in Data Analytics and continuously integrating new tools and techniques to enhance client solutions.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><u>Skills and Experience</u></strong></p><p><strong>Education and Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science).</li><li>Proficiency in at least one Programming language (e.g., SQL, Python, R).</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Between 3 – 8 years of experience in Data Analysis or related roles.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel.</li><li>Familiarity with Database Management and Design including SQL and Oracle.</li><li>In-depth understanding of Data Governance principles and best practices in Data Management.</li><li>Experience using Agile Project Management tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.</li><li>Experience with ETL processes and Data Migration between systems.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and Predictive Analytics techniques.</li><li>Exposure to Big Data technologies and Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).</li><li>Certifications in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).</li><li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Data Transformation, Validation and Remediation processes.</li></ul><p>#LI-RM1</p>
