We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team full time for the summer of 2024. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sensitech HR Leadership for North America (NAM).
  • Get exposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cutting-edge HR technology while building an understanding of leading industry practices within the HR field.
  • The HR Intern will obtain hands-on experience through projects that will be assigned in HR functional areas such as:
    • Total Rewards and Performance Management
    • Labor Relations
    • Talent and Organizational Capability
    • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Equal Opportunity Programs
    • Workforce Strategy
    • Analytics
    • Talent Acquisition
  • Participate and/or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned
  • Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend, and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement/experience and business results in a timely manner
  • Promote high professional standards, and positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates Carrier’s values

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Behavior, Organizational Psychology or related fields
  • 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience
  • MS Presentation skills and working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in Excel
