We are looking for enthusiastic team members who are passionate about helping customers find the right solutions for their home improvement needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on hardware and home improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
• Restock shelves and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in merchandising and promotional displays to attract customers.
• Support other team members and collaborate to meet store goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor toward customers and team members.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of hardware products and home improvement techniques.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
