Field Support Specialist I

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting field personnel in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a Field Support Specialist I to join our team and be a key resource for agents, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and Multiple Line General Agents (MLGAs). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to grow their expertise across multiple lines of business including life, personal, agriculture, and commercial.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide outstanding support through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring new agents, interns, and MLGAs are properly set up and equipped with the tools they need.
• Act as a field advocate on project teams, contributing insights to improve operating systems used by field personnel.
• Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries, offering clear and effective solutions.
• Accurately document all communications to maintain service quality and consistency.
• Begin with a primary line of business and receive training to expand into additional areas over time.

What You’ll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• No supervisory or management experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience.
• Familiarity with insurance operating systems.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in League City, Texas.


Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
