Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
You will drive operational excellence for the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) while serving as a trusted partner across a wide range of strategic and administrative responsibilities.
Executive Operations & Strategic Support
- Manage the CSO’s dynamic calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and optimizing time across competing demands
- Act as a gatekeeper and decision facilitator, prioritizing requests and ensuring the CSO is focused on highest-impact activities
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence to support internal and external engagements
- Track key initiatives and follow-ups to ensure execution against strategic objectives
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leaders, Board members, investors, and external stakeholders
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to enable effective coordination and communication
- Partner closely with Communications and PR teams to support external engagements, speaking opportunities, and strategic initiatives
- Represent the CSO’s office with professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment
Meeting & Event Leadership
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, strategic sessions, and team off-sites end-to-end
- Develop agendas, coordinate logistics, and ensure all materials are prepared and delivered on time
- Drive follow-ups and action items to ensure outcomes are achieved
- Global Coordination & Logistics
- Manage complex, international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones with global stakeholders
- Provide flexible support outside standard hours as needed to support a global organization
- Operational Excellence & Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Manage expense reporting and administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance the effectiveness of the CSO’s office
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in strategy, operations, or corporate leadership environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong business judgment and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Outstanding communication skills, including writing, editing, and executive-level correspondence
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle highly confidential information
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,800 - $221,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
