Working Student – Operations & Commercial

As a Working Student in our Group Operations and Commercial teams, you’ll be at the heart of SYNLAB’s transformation journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive Projects Forward: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects across Operations and Commercial functions
• Turn Data into Decisions: Collect, analyze, and visualize data to reveal trends and insights that guide management decisions
• Think Critically, Act Creatively: Prepare business cases, performance analyses, and scenario simulations to support strategic choices
• Communicate with Impact: Help craft clear and compelling communications aimed at internal stakeholders and leadership
• Own Your Piece of the Puzzle: Take charge of smaller projects independently and contribute meaningfully to larger cross-functional initiatives

• Enrolled in at least the 3rd semester of university studies (fields like economics, health economics, data science, biology, chemistry, physics or medicine)
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn from real-world business challenges
• Thrive in diverse teams and enjoy solving complex problems
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); ready to level up with BI tools and Lean thinking
• Fluent in English; other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus
• Previous internship experience and knowledge of Lean management or BI tools are appreciated
