Senior Manager - CMO / Contract Manufacturing and Partnerships

Be a key player in our Strategic Manufacturing Partnerships Team, driving excellence in third-party manufacturing at our Human Nutrition and Care Business.
In this position, you will have the chance to develop a third-party manufacturing network and the related management processes, ensuring "fit for purpose" solutions for any business or innovation requirement.

Your key responsibilities
- Participate to the selection of Contract Manufacturers (CM)/Tollers according aligned selection criteria such that required capacity and flexibility is available to meet demand
- Responsible for coordination of starting up and phasing out Contract Manufacturer/Toller or a product at CM/Toller.
- Assure implementation of new products and processes at our CM/Tollers.
- Maintain an overview of the products manufactured by 3PM
- Be the contact person for our CM/Tollers for projects or any other operational or technological topics (and coordinate with dsm-firmenich experts)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to solve any operational challenge or contractual issue
- Assure definition, monitoring and committing to targets on budget, costs, yield and quality.
- Assure the reporting and yearly evaluation of performance against these targets, analyzing deviations and taking corrective and preventive measures.
- Optimizes the chain by allocation of activities to who is best capable of performing these, such that each party is taking its responsibility and cost reductions can be achieved.
- Responsible of tolling audits, review and share the audit report and follow up on the agreed action plan
- Maintain network (and related technical knowledge) of 3PM to optimize cost of 3PM portfolio and anticipate innovation and business need
