About the RoleLyra Health is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager, Team Lead to help us execute on a strategy to develop new relationships within the consultant and broker community as well as lead a team of Strategic Alliances Managers.

About the RoleLyra Health is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager, Team Lead to help us execute on a strategy to develop new relationships within the consultant and broker community as well as lead a team of Strategic Alliances Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of an established team of Strategic Alliances Managers (SAM) that are focused on new consultant relationships, including performance management, coaching and skill development
- Develop and execute on the KPIs for the team
- Measure performance and execute on Quarterly Business Reviews for each SAM team member
- Work closely with the Regional Director team to coordinate activities across regional pods
- Develop and execute on a consultant outreach and engagement strategy with the inside sales team
- Build and execute on an enhanced enablement plan for the SAM team
- Co-build and execute on a marketing event plan for the SAM team
- Attend and lead various consultant educational meetings, capabilities presentations and networking events both in person and virtual in support of the team
- Work closely with cross functional partners including marketing, sales operations, enablement and inside sales to execute on strategy for the team.
- Demonstrate a broad comprehension of employer benefit consultant/broker needs, market trends, industry challenges, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience within the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space
- 5+ years of experience managing a team
- A proven track record of success with complex and strategic sales or account management
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural effective consultative style
- The ability to energize, communicate and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience advising, presenting to and persuading senior corporate personnel
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with highly-talented professionals
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA)
- Willingness to travel
