HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

JOB SUMMARY
HealthRIGHT 360, a nonprofit organization and a family of programs, is committed to providing accessible
and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic
barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services, including
mental health care, residential and outpatient substance use treatment, and primary health services.
Additionally, we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement
in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health, we empower individuals to
overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating
recovery.

The Treasure Island Residential Step Down (RSD) services are available to beneficiaries who are stepping
down from inpatient/residential substance use disorder treatment. Clients must be concurrently in
treatment, specifically in outpatient (OP), intensive outpatient (IOP), Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), or
Outpatient (aka Ambulatory) Withdrawal Management (OP-WM) settings. RSD provides a temporary,
drug and alcohol-free environment to residents that are actively engaged in outpatient treatment for
medically necessary SUD provided to the client off-site.

The On-Call Recovery Coach is responsible for assessing client needs and strengths in support of health
and recovery. Through individual coaching with program-specific requirements and case management,
On-Call Recovery Coaches assists clients in navigating systems of care while providing a supportive
recovery environment. On-Call Recovery Coaches are responsible for maintaining and assessing the safety
and security of the program and its residents through continued house runs while providing a supportive
environment. Through effective communication, On-Call Recovery Coaches relay relevant information to
other members of the interdisciplinary team and perform crisis intervention as needed. On-Call Recovery
Coaches ensure that the facility environment is safe and welcoming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Services:
• Welcomes and assists clients with navigating throughout the building.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses any immediate needs of patients.
• Assists patients with the required paperwork as needed for proper enrollment in services.
• Coordinates transportation for patients in residential programs.
Individual Responsibilities:
• Provide direct services such as intakes, assessment, crisis intervention, and case management as
needed.
• Responsible for retention and completion of clients, facilitate individual coaching sessions with
each caseload client.
• Provide learning experience opportunities and offers support to assist clients in meeting their
long-term recovery goals.
• Proactively link clients to both internal and external resources based on their recovery needs and
follows up on the progress/status.
• Perform house runs to ensure and maintain accountability of all clients and the safety and security
of the facility.
• Perform crisis intervention and communicate with treatment team as unforeseen situations arise.
• Document client updates and incidents in the facility log daily, perform CPR and First Aid including
administering Narcan as needed, and work weekends and holidays as needed.
Treatment Setting Responsibilities:
• Facilitate community meetings and ensure compliance with facility rules.
• Perform crisis intervention and communicate with team as unforeseen situations arise.
• Document all client updates and facility incidents daily in the facility log.
• Perform periodic house runs to ensure and maintain the safety and security of the facility.
