Core Responsibilities:                                         

• Process Improvement (Quality & Production processes)
• Support product/ process and SAP updates and internal audits.
• Determine system improvements and implementing changes.
• Quality HOLD bundles disposition.
• Inventory control management.
• Pipe inspection and defect classification.
• Creation and verification of Manufacturing Technical Reports (MTRs) for incoming and finished goods.
• Support investigation of Quality issues.
• Preserve the data integrity of MES and SAP systems.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.
• Support QA/ QC/ Operations and other functional teams.
• Management of SAP QM activities.
• Work with the suppliers in resolving any quality issues by reworks.

 

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Preferred 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Preferred experience in the Quality Assurance or Control area.
• Experience in SAP (transaction codes for processing) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of programming.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Must be able to manage all aspects of process control development.
