We are now looking for an experienced Product Manager for Offshore Charging Products to become part of a revolutionary ocean cleantech journey. We offer an exciting role in an early-stage venture company owned by A.P. Moller Maersk with a dynamic and international team growing to ca. 20 colleagues. The Product Manager for Offshore Charging Products will be part of the Stillstrom technical group and report to the CTO.</p><p></p><p>Stillstrom is at an exciting stage with a heavy focus on developing its core products. We work closely with the market and our end users both in offshore wind farms, and with vessel owners directly to charge all-electric vessels or power idle anchoring vessels. We are currently bringing the Stillstrom Offshore e-Charging concept to the offshore wind market.</p><p></p><p>The Product Development group in Stillstrom is at the core of our concept development, and we are looking for talents that are able to drive the development of these systems with a strong focus on the broader market application as well as impact on overall eco-system. We therefore are looking for an experienced Product or Project Manager with the technical capability and drive to be part of our team taking Stillstrom forward. The focus for the role will be to work with the engineering leads and drive the offshore power program daily from initial concepts towards deployable solutions.  The role will guide the internal product staff and external partners on the overall development and coordinates these efforts.</p><p></p><p><b>What you'll be doing: </b></p><ul><li><p>Utilize expertise in marine &amp; port environments and technical systems to manage end-to-end product development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with cross-functional leads, including engineering, procurement, and regulatory compliance, to meet project milestones and quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with stakeholders and Concept Manager to define product specifications, features, and functionalities tailored for wind farm and port environments.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the port sector related to energy solutions.</p></li><li><p>Implement rigorous testing processes and validation procedures to guarantee product reliability and performance.</p></li><li><p>Develop and communicate product strategy, roadmaps, features, and benefits to senior management, broader stakeholders and customers.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular updates and maintain documentation throughout the product development lifecycle, including technical specifications, progress reports, compliance documents and testing reports.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>We are looking for: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a related field. Additional business or project management qualifications are advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Solid experience in product management or technical project management, preferably with a focus on hardware solutions for maritime or port environments.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in leading successful development initiatives from conception to commercialization, based on hardware development, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of port environments, including technical systems and operational processes around offshore anchorage areas and vessel operations is advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and charging technologies relevant to maritime applications is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in stakeholder management and fostering productive relationships.</p></li><li><p>Experience in implementing compliance strategies and ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including regulatory requirements and standards for maritime and port environments</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies in offshore power systems is advantageous</p></li></ul><h2></h2><p></p><p><span><span>Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
