Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Motivate and encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey

• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team

• Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered therapy environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current Pennsylvania PTA license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required
