Job Summary

Join Levy Restaurants at Soldier Field as a Stand Lead in Concessions, where you’ll oversee the operations of concession stands, providing excellent service to guests during Chicago Bears games, Chicago Fire matches, concerts, and other large-scale events. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Ensure assigned stand(s) produce the correct quantity and at a high quality. 
• Supervise and support team members at assigned concession stands, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and monitor food and beverage quality throughout the event. 
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. 
• Assist with team member training and provide guidance to maintain a high standard of service. 
• Handle point-of-sale operations, monitor transactions, and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner. 
• Communicate with supervisors and management to address operational needs, staffing issues, or supply shortages during events. 
• Ensure, conduct and assist with proper cleaning procedures pre-event, during events, and post-event. 
• Complete all required paperwork correctly and in a timely manner. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Must be 21 years of age or older. 
• Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handling Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Illinois BASSET Liquor License. 
• Profiecient and knowledgeable in all Concession stand positions and ability to work any position. 
• Previous leadership experience in concessions, hospitality, or food service is preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. 
• Basic understanding on how to operate Concession equipment (Steamer, Pretzel warmer, hot box, pizza oven, etc.)
