About the role

Description

  • Design, perform, analyze, write up, and publish experiments investigating the neural mechanisms of decision-making, cognitive control, and perception. The experiments will involve a combination of behavioral, anatomical, and electrophysiological studies in human and non-human primates.
  • Develop, write-up, and publish computational models for the neural mechanisms that underlie the behavior and recorded neural responses.
  • Develop, perform, and write up new experimental paradigms to test the model predictions in human and non-human primates.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $65,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.

Qualifications

PhD in neuroscience or related field.
