Hello Heart is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & Technical Consultant to join our passionate Commercial Operations team. As a pivotal member, you will actively contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies, insights, and scalable processes, fostering collaboration across various departments including Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Demand Gen, Enterprise Marketing, and Finance. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for transforming data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Design user-focused Salesforce solutions, employing a combination of Salesforce configuration capabilities, custom development, and business process automation to address diverse business needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define and deploy sustainable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and established Salesforce development frameworks.
• Facilitate improved communication and collaboration amongst teams, acting as a consultant to drive operational excellence.
• Engage with external developers for system integrations, complex data models, and external integrations.
• Assist in defining standards and operational guidelines, ensuring agile and sprint methodologies are effectively utilized.
• Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and relevant third-party applications.
• Provide technical guidance to team members within the Commercial Operations team, as well as collaborating with other departments as needed.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin Certificate is a plus).
• 3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience (preferably in a technology or startup environment).
• Strong grasp of the Salesforce platform with the ability to build custom apps and objects, create formula fields, and implement process builders, workflows, and validation rules of intermediate complexity.
• Demonstrated experience in driving Salesforce adoption across an organization in a previous role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to train team members on leveraging the SFDC platform.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-driven individual with strong organizational and process management skills.
