About the role

Job Summary:

The Lead Reporting Developer is responsible for creating data visualization solutions that improve business processes and provide actionable insights across Care New England. This role designs, develops, tests, and maintains Tableau dashboards and business intelligence reports, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and performance.

In addition to delivering complex reporting solutions, the Lead Reporting Developer provides expertise in data analysis, validation, and mapping, while also administering the Lawson Grant Module. The role partners with teams and departments to develop dashboards and reports that automate processes, enhance decision-making, and align with business needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use, while identifying other BI solutions.

Provide technical expertise in data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design and implementation.

Determine optimal implementation approaches to meet dashboard design and reporting needs.

Collaborate with team members to create reports and dashboards that deliver insight, automate processes, and add value; include reporting on other CNE Financial Systems as needed.

Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.

Ensure consistency by adhering to established software coding and style guides.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.

Minimum 1 to 3 Years experience.
