Warehouse Associate – Full Time
Location: Toms River, NJ
Shift: 7a-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $19/hour plus up to 7% quarterly bonus

We’re growing and looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly—from receiving materials to shipping finished products.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, unload, and verify production receipts; distribute materials to the right areas
- Count, weigh, and inspect incoming materials; handle repackaging and general warehouse functions
- Maintain organized inventory, including power files and broken-carton stock
- Assemble, label/stencil, and stage orders; report any shortages to the supervisor
- Operate a forklift to move materials between docks, work areas, and storage
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe; follow all housekeeping and 5S practices
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience/training a plus (or equivalent)
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal procedures and assignments
- Willingness to train and become forklift certified
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, reach, handle materials; frequently sit, climb/balance, stoop/kneel/crouch
- Lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently
- Visual acuity for close/distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus
- Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals
Work Environment & Safety
- Moderate to loud noise; occasionally dusty; temperatures may be hot or cold at times
- At times, work in elevated areas; required use of PPE (safety glasses, hard-toe shoes, fall protection as needed; gloves when applicable)
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
