Salesforce Technical Architect fluent in English and Japanese - Remote

This remote position allows candidates from anywhere in the US, provided they can work Eastern Standard Time hours. This role is only open to candidates fluent in both English and Japanese.

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll be the visionary behind our Salesforce solutions. Your expertise will shape architecture, design, and implementation, driving impactful outcomes for our clients.

This role is considered part of the Business Unit Leadership team and may mentor Junior Architects and or development team members. 

• Marketing Cloud: Marketing Cloud expert
• Sales Cloud: Dive deep into Sales Cloud features, customization, and sales process optimization.
• Service Cloud: Design solutions for customer support, case management, and service automation.
• Flows: Create efficient and user-friendly processes using Salesforce Flows.
• Apex: Write and optimize Apex code to enhance functionality.
• Profiles/Permission Sets: Manage user access and security.
• Additional Tools:
  • Copado: DevOps for seamless deployments.
  • Data Cloud: Handle data integration and management.
  • Mulesoft: Connect Salesforce with other systems.
• Quick Learner: Stay abreast of Salesforce innovations.
• Interest in Auto Cloud: Explore exciting automotive industry solutions.

• Must be fluent in English and Japanese. 
• Minimum 10 years of programming experience with Salesforce.
• At least 3 year of hands on experience with Marketing Cloud
• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
• Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Preferred Skills and Education:

• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams.
• Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Salesforce Technical Certifications.
• Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090.
