Role Overview:

 

We are hiring for a Business Analyst, who will perform an integral role within our Operations Department. Your responsibility will be to build and develop outstanding Reporting dashboards to measure performance indicators as well as key report generation to all our internal customers!

 

You will use your extensive Tableau experience to continually look for ways to improve and rebuild existing comprehensive metrics reporting as well as weekly, monthly and quarterly reports when required. Duties will also include:-

 

• Provide solutions using SAP Business Objects and Tableau to support business functions within the Lottery business globally!
• Analyze data to aid making procedural decisions, including reviewing department owned policies, instructional documentation and ensuring they are up to date and meet the needs of the constantly evolving supply chain landscape and internal operations coverage support.
• To develop new reports as the need arises applying various combinations of SAP Business Explorer (BEx), Advanced Analytics for Office (AAO), and Tableau Desktop/Prep.

Experience

 

 

• Demonstrated ability with Tableau
• Proficient across several applications, including SAP Modules (PP, WM, SD) SAP BEx, BW, AAO, HANA, and Business Objects (Must be highly proficient)
• Strong skills in both Microsoft Excel & Power Point
• Agile methodology certification/experience.
• Power BI experience a plus
• SQL/Python skills a plus
• Strong analytical and creative skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• The role entails building and effectively communicating executive summary presentations.
• Ability to reverse engineer existing queries and rebuild them as better mouse traps.
