THE JOB:
As an Apprentice Bartender at Park MGM, you will be responsible for assisting ​the bartenders, maintain a pristine bar throughout the venues, and create unforgettable guest experiences. With your warm smile and attentive service, you'll craft WOW moments that guests will cherish long after their visit.
 

THE STARTING RATE:

• $ 15.5487 per hour plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist in drink preparation, garnishes, and bar upkeep.

• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and organization of the bar area.

• Ensure proper setup, labeling, and delivery of beverages and supplies.

• Clean and polish glassware, tools, and equipment.

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns.

• Address guest concerns within authority or escalate to management as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Prior experience as an Apprentice Bartender or Bartender is a bonus.
