Salary: $45,000–$48,000 per year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Partner with the Center Director to oversee daily center operations
- Ensure compliance with all Michigan childcare licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and coach teachers and support staff
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs
- Conduct classroom observations and support teacher development
- Help implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with consistency and quality
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective families through exceptional customer service
- Conduct center tours and assist with enrollment growth and family retention
- Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and educational excellence
- Support community outreach and local marketing initiatives
- Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early childhood education program
- Strong knowledge of Michigan childcare licensing requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coaching and mentoring teaching teams
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- Passion for creating exceptional experiences for children, families, and educators
