  • Drive measurable improvements in cost efficiency, transaction speed, and network reliability, ensuring we scale sustainably as volumes grow.

  • Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality, high-availability systems that meet or exceed SLAs for uptime and performance.

  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design collaboration, development, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization.

  • Use data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, prioritize enhancements, and validate impact.

  • Manage trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and compliance in a fast-moving environment.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, with at least 4 years owning complex, high-scale platform or infrastructure products in fintech, payments, or related industries.

  • Proven ability to define and deliver on long-term product visions while managing short-term priorities.

  • Strong technical fluency; you can engage deeply with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system design.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks.

  • Experience formulating, communicating, and implementing a multi-year platform strategy.

  • Experience leading the delivery of product features from requirements gathering to development, through to launch and user adoption.

Our Benefits:

  • Flexible paid time off
  • Health, dental, and vision + 401k plan with company matching
  • Paid parental, medical, military and family care leave
  • Mental Health & Family Forming Benefits
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Continuing education and travel benefits
