Olympic National Park consists of several distinct ecosystems. The over 70 miles of rugged and beautiful pacific coastline, the wild, magical forests, the glacier-capped mountains and the calm lakes, make for an almost impossibly diverse and wide range of natural beauty. Lake Quinault Lodge is one such place. Built in 1926 and sitting above the shoreline of Lake Quinault with an expansive lawn out to the lake, the Lodge retains the turn of the century wooded feeling, with a warm and welcoming nature. The lodge includes an indoor pool, a sauna, a gift shop, and game rooms. Lake Crescent Lodge on the Olympic Peninsula in northwest Washington. This magnificent and charming turn of the century resort was built in 1915 and remains an ideal base camp for enjoying Olympic National Park. Day hikes, bike rides, fishing, and canoeing are highly recommended and great ways to explore. On the north end lies Log Cabin Resort, a rustic retreat for seekers of incredible views, fun beach days, and the immersion in the natural world. These cabins hark back to the days of summer camp, with lakeside cabins nestled in old growth cedars and firs. A variety of accommodations are available. Sol Duc Hot Springs Resorts are surrounded by towering evergreens along the Sol Duc River in a picturesque valley. In addition to the pools, Sol Duc hosts massage therapists, a poolside deli, a restaurant, a gift shop, and a convenience store.

Job Description
The HR & Housing Coordinator provides support to the Human Resources Manager and to the operational managers across four properties within the Olympic Peninsula. This position collaborates with Human Resources management to track and support staffing needs, manage employee housing, engage and develop employees, and administer other various HR duties.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide general HR administrative support utilizing the HRIS
- Assist with hiring and on-boarding employees
- Coordinate employee housing, including check-ins, housing inspections, check-outs, and general inquiries
- Plan and coordinate employee activities and recognition in partnership with HRM
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain accurate and up to dates files to meet compliance requirements
- Shuttle employees to and from Port Angeles and other locations as needed
- Assist with investigations and employee relations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in employee housing areas
- Collaborate with HRM to develop new initiatives and processes
- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years in Administration experience preferred
- 1 – 2 years of Customer Service preferred
- Experience with HRIS preferred
- Positive, coachable, and empathetic
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
