Description

Purple is a unique opportunity to become a leader for a global PR agency. As a member of our management team, this individual has to be a visionary creative type with experience within the fashion VIP luxury clients. The Senior Account Executive will be overseeing the development of high-level strategy with clients and influencers to ensuring team is successful with strategies. You will also be involved in new business development and operational leadership. This individual will lead by example for all account teams on client management, quality assurance, and staff development. 

Key Responsibilities

• Productively monitoring potential celebrity/VIP opportunities for upcoming red carpet, press junket, and street style placements. 
• Manage reporting send outs, coverage achieved and forthcoming coverage and collating coverage and data for monthly reports. 
• Discovering and nurturing relations with new talent. 
• Working alongside the events team on attendance procurement and creative initiatives 
• Manage influencer and talent relations for paid and unpaid partnerships  
• Assisting in stylist and publicist outreach for potential celebrity/VIP/influencer opportunities for upcoming events, fashion weeks and street style placements. 
• Reporting send outs, coverage achieved, forthcoming coverage and collating coverage/data for internal as well as client monthly reports. 
• Assistance on special events across the agency, in particular fashion. 
• Managing sample trafficking for VIP activities.  
• Ad-hoc special project work and carrying out specific or general research for the agency. 
• Attending client meetings and special events. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Ideally has three years similar experience working either in-house, or agency side focusing on VIP and/or Influencer.
• Knowledge of key stylist, publicists, managers, and influencer contacts for upcoming outreach. 
• Experience using Fashion GPS, sample loaning and gifting, messenger services, tracking press coverage. 
• General knowledge of all media including strong understanding of digital landscape and social media platforms.

• Creative thinker and extremely detail oriented. 
• Hard-working and proactive candidate who is enthusiastic, works well within a team and has a passion for celebrity/VIP relations/culture. 
• An understanding of the luxury fashion industry is vital.
