The EA will be responsible for the enterprise architecture of YIT's core capability area of Construction, known as the Construction Excellence competence area.</p><p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><p>The EA plays a critical role in the execution of business strategy by translating the YIT’s strategic goals and targets into business solutions and roadmaps that support and enable business capabilities and enable quick responses to changing business requirements.</p><p>The key responsibilities include:</p><ol><li>Aligning technology solutions with business goals: The EA works closely with business leaders to understand the YIT’s strategic objectives and develop a capability roadmap that supports these objectives. They identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive innovation, increase efficiency, and improve customer and employee experiences.</li><li>Identifying opportunities for automation and optimization: The EA identifies opportunities to automate and optimize business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer and employee experiences. They evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend business solutions to address these issues.</li><li>Ensuring interoperability and integration: The EA ensures that all business solutions are interoperable and integrated with each other, to avoid technology silos and ensure that data is shared seamlessly across YIT. They develop and enforce standards for data and system integration to ensure that business solutions work together seamlessly.</li><li>Managing application portfolios: The EA is responsible for managing the YIT’s application portfolios and ensuring that they align with its strategic goals. They evaluate technology investments and make recommendations for new investments that support YIT’s strategic targets.</li><li>Ensuring security and compliance: The EA works closely with legal and compliance responsible ones to ensure that business solutions comply with regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
