The Technology Workforce Strategy team is a strategic Center of Excellence supporting the evolving talent needs of the Enterprise Technology Services organization. The Senior Manager of Data Analytics will be instrumental in how we transform our workforce strategy to ensure we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time, to meet the evolving delivery needs of the company.
To ensure we attract, grow, and develop our talent intentionally, the Senior Manager of Data Analytics will be part of a team that partners with members of the executive Technology Leadership Team (TLT), and their direct reports to inform them of the key performance indicators (KPIs) critical to achieve their multi-year aspirations. By generating rich insights, trends and sharing best practices, the Senior Manager will build strong relationships and influence the outcomes and goals by taking a data driven and action-oriented approach.
The Senior Manager will also be a key enabler of, and contributor to, our transformation journey - to elevate our insights through bringing or developing an external perspective, and a continuous improvement mindset. They will support the execution and governance against the Strategic Workforce Plan (SWP) for in-year and future strategy planning, leading a multi-year workforce refresh for the TLT stakeholders. The Senior Manager will specifically be part of a team focused on building advanced analytics capabilities, automating data workflows, and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of automated data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools to support workforce strategy and planning.
Conduct advanced statistical and quantitative analyses to uncover trends, forecast talent supply/demand, and inform strategic decisions.
Define and monitor KPIs critical to achieving multi-year workforce goals; recommend new metrics and data sources to enhance insights.
Translate complex data into executive-level narratives using tools like Power BI and generative AI frameworks.
Partner with teams such as Technology Finance, Global Real Estate, Portfolio Management, Vendor Management, Colleague Engagement Group, and other transformation teams to ensure consistency in data usage and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement in data governance, tooling, and analytics processes across the Technology Workforce COE.
Leads data-driven scenario modeling using advanced analytical tools, applying forecasting mechanisms to inform strategic workforce decisions.
Collaborates with other data analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and growth.
Collaborate with external partners and benchmarking sources to inform talent recommendations and strategic planning.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering); advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analytics, automation, or data engineering.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); experience with cloud platforms and modern data stacks.
Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) and LLM-power
