This position supports receiving, order fulfillment, and returns/transfer processing within the distribution center.</p> <p><strong>Receiving</strong></p> <p>Responsible for the accurate and efficient intake of inbound inventory and system entry.</p> <ul> <li>Unload and sort inbound shipments</li> <li>Complete receiving documentation and apply pallet/carton labels</li> <li>Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages</li> <li>Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues related to packaging, labeling, or tagging</li> <li>Communicate inventory arrivals and escalate discrepancies as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Order Fulfillment (DTC &amp; Store Replenishment)</strong></p> <p>Ensure accurate, high-quality order processing across all outbound shipments.</p> <ul> <li>Perform replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping functions in accordance with established standards</li> <li>Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure shipment quality and completeness</li> <li>Load and move carts to support order processing workflows</li> <li>Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages</li> </ul> <p><strong>Returns &amp; Transfers</strong></p> <p>Process returned merchandise and store transfers with a high level of accuracy and accountability.</p> <ul> <li>Unload and sort inbound returns and transfer shipments</li> <li>Inspect items and record inventory in system</li> <li>Determine inventory disposition in accordance with company guidelines</li> <li>Perform processing tasks such as steaming garments, sorting items for cleaning, and preparing products for storage</li> <li>Pack and organize inventory for redistribution or storage</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operations &amp; Systems</strong></p> <ul> <li>Utilize warehouse technology including Chuck/6RS robots, handheld scanners, laptops, and other devices</li> <li>Follow on-screen prompts and system instructions to complete tasks accurately</li> <li>Participa
