This role oversees installation, scheduling, workforce supervision, safety compliance, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans, codes, and company standards. The Electrical Superintendent works closely with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate daily activities and resolve field challenges.</p> <p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency</li> <li>Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 30,000-100,000 man hours or $10M-$25M with gross margins over 13%</li> <
