Position Summary
Designs, develops, and implements digital solutions and systems by applying advanced technical expertise to architect and code software applications, conduct system testing and debugging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall technical direction and innovation of digital engineering projects.

Required Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Hands on working experience in:

• C# .NET/ Visual Studio
• ASP .NET MVC
• WCF/Web Services
• SQLServer 2016/2019
• Team Foundation Server/ VSS
• Unit Testing/Nunit
• Windows 2010 server

Capable of recognizing how impacts to business process or requirements would translate to necessary application changes to an application or set of applications and has a basic understanding of interfacing systems. Expertise in one or more programming language, development tools, and/or databases and the systems development life cycle, applicable to development organization.

5+ years experience in systems analysis and application program development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Medicaid/Healthcare domain concepts
• Ability to adopt new technologies/skills with minimum job training
• Ability to collaborate with different stake holders.
• Familiarity with VB Scripting for creating and maintaining various automation projects
• Experience in QNXT
• Experience in TestDataDriven approach
• Experience in CI/CD
• Good to have knowledge in EDI files like 834, 270 etc.
• Experience in Cloud

Education-

Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $185,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factor
