Interim - Environmental Services Manager

The Interim EVS Manager will oversee the day-to-day operation of the EVS department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to training, coaching, and evaluating team, and directing team regarding departmental policies and procedures.

Manager will prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for maintenance, repair and changes in operational procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all team members. 

• Oversees day-to-day operations
•        Ordering supplies
•        Inventory
•        Coordinates set ups and break downs
•        Sets daily schedule
•        Coordinates project floor work
•        Rounds units/ clinics/ pharmacy
•        Rounds on housekeepers
•        Places Maintenance work orders  
•        Input daily rounding, hand hygiene, patient connects, discharge inspections
•        Established a working relationship with team
•        Rounds weekly with Leadership
•        Check and change sharps containers as needed
• Fill in when need to help the organization
  
  Education: Associates Degree Required
  
  Experience: 5 Years of Supervisory Experience & 3 Years of EVS Working Experience
  
  *In lieu of an associates degree you may have 10 Years of Supervisory Experience and 6 Years of EVS Working Experience.
