What You Will Be Doing:

Amogy is looking for an IT Associate to help support Amogy’s growing team. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, you will work in a hybrid capacity to support our fleet of laptops, servers, and applications.

• Manage help desk inquiries to provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues including those with AV systems, peripherals, software, access control, camera systems, and more
• Perform day-to-day support activities with a level of urgency and commitment to SLAs

• Stay current on technologies used by the company and train employees on best practices
• Provision new computers and accessories
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
• Document all IT solutions for departmental and corporate use

Requirements

The minimum requirements we seek:

• 3+ years of experience supporting end users on site and remotely
  
• In-depth experience supporting cloud tools such as Microsoft 365, Box, Zoom, and Slack
• Strong grasp of networking and troubleshooting wireless networks
• Significant experience providing software support for Windows and macOS users

Preferred experience:

• B.S. in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have supported access management solutions such as Duo, Okta, Azure AD, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, PowerShell, and Atlassian’s Jira/Confluence

The salary pay range for this position is $66,560 to $75,000. The salary pay range is applicable to positions physically based in New York City. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, job experience and physical location.
