This role is ideal for an analytical professional who excels at managing processes, maintaining accurate financial and procurement data, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive operational efficiency.</p> <p><br>The PMO Analyst will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of telecom purchase requisitions, tracking and reconciling financial activities, supporting PMO reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and federal standards.</p> <p><br><strong>The work</strong><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; <br>Procurement Operations:</p> <ul> <li>Create, submit, and manage purchase requisitions; oversee full purchase order lifecycle.</li> <li>Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices through vendor coordination.</li> <li>Collaborate with Buyers, Project Teams, PO Processing, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely delivery of goods and on‑time invoice payments.</li> <li>Financial Tracking &amp; Analysis</li> <li>Extract, review, and submit large volumes of monthly invoices; perform monthly payment reconciliation.</li> <li>Support cost tracking, spend monitoring, and procurement forecasting to maintain financial alignment.</li> <li>Identify trends and support financial reporting for leadership.</li> </ul> <p>PMO &amp; Project Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with program dashboards, reporting updates, and routine PMO deliverables.</li> <li>Support tracking of schedules, risks, issues, and project depend
