Manages, evaluates, and monitors renewals of small business loan products to ensure they are reviewed and documented (if necessary) prior to becoming an administrative past due. Monitors covenants, borrowing phase certificates, and other applicable conditions of credit. Reviews and recommends or determines credit decisions in accordance with sound credit granting principles in compliance legal and regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures. Interacts with clients to enhance their relationship with the Bank. Provides input into strategic decision making. Maintains client contact for assigned relationships and presents results. Supports new product and business development.

  • Seeks alternative means of financing or counter-offers for all borrowers when the original request cannot be accommodated.
  • Completes annual loan maturities and renewals to avoid administrative past dues using credit scoring and loan review tools.
