<span>If you’re a results-driven leader with a passion for people management and technical excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, Agile environment.</span><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span><ul><li><span>Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team of developers, Product Owners, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software on time and within scope.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, technical strategies, and delivery timelines.</span></li><li><span>Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in Agile methodologies, code quality, and testing.</span></li><li><span>Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.</span></li><li><span>Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.</span></li><li><span>Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members.</span></li><li><span>Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.</span></li><li><span>Identify and address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.</span></li><li><span>Maintain high standards of security, scalability, and maintainability in all software products.</span></li></ul><span><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span><span><strong>Required Qualifications</strong>:</span><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.</span></li><li><span>7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in delivering B2B SaaS solutions.</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams, including developers, Product Owners, and QA professionals.</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.</span></li><li><span>Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.</span></li><li><span>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on achieving results.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on technical background in software development (e.g., Java, .NET, JavaScript, or similar technologies) and familiarity with modern frameworks and tools.</span></li><li><span>Proven experience delivering and maintaining high-performance SaaS applications in Azure, leveraging containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with expertise in diverse datastores including SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB.</span></li></ul><span><strong>Desirable Experience and Knowledge</strong>:</span><ul><li><span>Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant application development.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of QA automation frameworks and practices.</span></li><li><span>Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design.</span></li><li><span>Experience working in a highly regulated or security-sensitive environment.</span></li><li><span>Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.</span></li></ul><span><b>Compensation  </b></span><span>For roles with compensation ranges:  </span><span>In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the monthly base salary range for this position is 399,000 - 598,000 gross RON, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future &amp; continued salary growth.
