As a Guest Services Manager, you will be the cornerstone of an exceptional guest experience, overseeing every detail from curbside arrival to room departure with seamless precision and genuine warmth. Leading concierge, door, bell, and valet operations, you will ensure each guest is welcomed with the highest level of courtesy and efficiency. Your expertise in managing valet and parking services, along with transportation and fleet coordination, will guarantee smooth and memorable journeys for every visitor. This role requires a valid Illinois driver’s license and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report, underscoring the importance of safety and professionalism in all aspects of the position.

You will bring a confident, hands-on leadership style, expertly overseeing valet, door, bell, and concierge operations to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience from arrival to departure. Your thorough knowledge of valet and transportation logistics, combined with meticulous attention to detail, will enable you to manage day-to-day operations with precision and grace. You lead with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication, fostering a team culture that is service-driven and guest-focused. This role requires a valid Illinois driver’s license and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report, reflecting the importance of safety and accountability in every aspect of your leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary:  Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $70,000 - $75,000
