The opportunity 
The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8-Friday, August 14, 2026. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week. Interns will earn $17.50-$21.50/hour. 
This role is on-site at 300 Longwood Avenue, Boston. Specific work hours will be determined by the supervisor. 

What you’ll do 

  • Provide a mix of daily tasks/department projects as well as shadow experiences for various areas (clinical observation for both PT and OT, front desk operations, as well as with our rehab aides)
  • Department projects will include preparing for our summer OT therapy camp, preparing various information packets, and scanning paper files to upload to our departments shared drive
  • Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding 
  • Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities

Who you are 
  • You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proactive in seeking additional tasks when all assignments have been completed
  • The ability to multi task is also a great competency

  • Scheduling an appointment during one of our on-site onboarding days 
  • Obtaining appropriate work permits and documentation, as needed 
  • Health records 
  • Proof of Employment Eligibility 
  • Media release
