The Corporate Card products organization manages corporate-liability Card products that are offered to medium, large and global businesses. Within this organization, The Corporate Account Configuration and Capacity Enablement team leads functionality and experience design for account configuration and capacity management across the customer lifecycle – key pillars of a Corporate customer’s program.

About the role

Helping clients set-up and manage their card program accounts is a critically important part of the corporate customer experience and a chance to delight and engage our customers from day one. The Director, Corporate Account Configuration Experiences will be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the account configuration experiences – spanning user profiles & permissions, liability & billing structure set-up, third party account integrations, and opt-in account features such as ATM withdrawal functionality. They will eliminate friction from onboarding, optimize the operations management of existing account features, and define the go-forward roadmap to shape how client understand, set-up, and manage account management features with ease and confidence.

What this role will do:

• Build, coach, & empower a high-performing team of colleagues 

• Define and champion the strategic vision for the Corporate Card account configuration functionality, ensuring it will evolves alongside the expanding Commercial solutions & experiences ecosystem

• Develop the business rationale for investment asks and rank-order development priorities – using compelling storytelling, data, and visual demos to align stakeholders and drive buy-in

• Set the roadmap for account configuration across set-up and management journeys – owning business requirements, collaborating on design of user experience, and overseeing delivery through releases

• Establish performance metrics for key account features and journeys - Tracking usage, ease-of-use, and impact to customer spend opportunities

• Manage the operations for existing account configuration features, serving as the Product point for Servicing and Field inquiries, and driving quick resolution when issues arise

• Partner cross-functionally with other leaders across Product, Product Development, Marketing, UX, Field, Servicing, and Technology counterparts
