Physical Security Operations Specialist

Key Role:

Provide a safe and secure work environment for all employees, non-employees, and visitors. Protect company assess and proprietary information, reduce risk of interruption to business continuity, assure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and investigate wrongdoing firmwide. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with corporate physical security management, including guard force management and event security

• Experience with managing executive protection details and coordinating logistics for high-profile individuals

• Knowledge of vendor and supplier performance oversight, purchase order processes, and financial management principles

• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry best practices pertaining to physical security

• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to assess security risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with security management software and systems

• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to security incidents, as needed

• Ability to manage a diverse team of security personnel effectively

• Possession of excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred

• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
